At this year's Feast for Good, he’s competing with a prosciutto-wrapped melon appetizer—a perfect balance of sweet, salty, and savory.

Chef Jay quickly fell in love with St. Mary’s after Chef John Folse passed him the Feast for Good torch last year, and he is proud to support families across Louisiana raising children and young adults with developmental disabilities.
